L'antico palazzo si presentava decadente e in pessimo stato di conservazione con una distribuzione degli spazi non coerente con le esigenze della nuova proprietà. Infatti si avevano al piano terra magazzini e garage, al piano primo l'appartamento ed altri magazzini all'ultimo piano. Il progetto ha rivoluzionato gli spazi, inquadrando al piano terra una zona giorno di rappresentanza con un ampio ingresso che porta ad un generoso ed arioso soggiorno, cui è funzionale la cucina. Questo piano, nato dal recupero delle volumetrie e degli elementi architettonici storici lasciati a vista, è messo in risalto da un luminoso pavimento "seminato alla veneziana" gettato in opera. Il piano superiore si configura come lo spazio più intimo e familiare e qui un secondo soggiorno disimpegna le camere da letto e i relativi bagni. Le volte sono intonacate, le pareti colorate ed è stato scelto un parquet scuro, tutto per accogliere la familiarità di questa zona. L'ultimo piano diventa un preludio alla terrazza con un terzo soggiorno servito da cucina e bagno di servizio. Il continuum spaziale è stato creato grazie all'apertura di due grandi arcate e grazie alla nuova scala che invita ad uscire sulla terrazza.
La nuova scala, da elemento puramente funzionale, assume un carattere elegante e diventa il perno di congiunzione del linguaggio diverso dei diversi piani.

The ancient building appeared decadent and in a poor state of conservation with a distribution of spaces that was inconsistent with the needs of the new property. In fact, there were warehouses and garages on the ground floor, the apartment on the first floor and other warehouses on the top floor. The project has revolutionized the spaces, framing a representative living area on the ground floor with a large entrance that leads to a generous and airy living room, where the kitchen is functional. This floor, born from the recovery of the volumes and historical architectural elements left exposed, is highlighted by a luminous "Venetian-style" floor cast in place. The upper floor is configured as the most intimate and familiar space and here a second living room disengages the bedrooms and their bathrooms. The vaults are plastered, the walls colored and a dark parquet has been chosen, all to accommodate the familiarity of this area. The top floor becomes a prelude to the terrace with a third living room served as a kitchen and a service bathroom. The spatial continuum was created thanks to the opening of two large arches and thanks to the new staircase that invites you to go out onto the terrace. The new staircase, from a purely functional element, takes on an elegant character and becomes the connecting pivot of the different language of the different floors.
